Standard Return Policy

  • Time Frame: Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in a resaleable condition, i.e., unused and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Exclusions: Food, drink, and earrings cannot be returned. Sale items are also excluded from returns and exchanges.
  • Faulty Goods: Your statutory rights are not affected. Any goods found to be faulty can be returned for a full refund, repair, or replacement, as per customer preference.

Christmas Return Policy (2023/2024)

  • Extended Period: Purchases made between 17 October and 24 December can be returned up until 11 January.
  • Exclusions: This policy does not include decorations, cards, food, drink, or sale items.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt is necessary for all returns made under the Christmas policy.

Process for Returns and Exchanges

  2. Inspection: Returned items will be inspected to confirm they meet our return criteria.
